Welcome to my LoadSpring Blog, a place to reflect, educate, discuss and inspire.  In 1999, I sketched a little stick-figure image of the logo I wanted for our new company.  We had just decided on the name “LoadSpring Solutions” and my sketch reflected my vision of what would become known as the SpringMan.  12 years later, and four major design upgrades, our SpringMan has become not only a recognizable image of our company, but also the internal representation of our culture.  My goal with this blog is to continue to write essays that represent our culture of doing things different.  Yes, we do IT Different, but we also do Management Different, we do Operations Different, we do Training Different, we do Sales Different and we do Marketing Different.  I want to inspire our team and those who read this blog to not only think outside the box, but to execute outside the box.  My passion is our passion and we are passionate about what we do and the customers we serve.  So enjoy the posts and remember, “I am a SpringMan and I do IT Different!”
